Job Description:
a. Customer Service at the front desk which includes but not limited to:
b. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
c. Attend to phone and walk-in enquires; and
d. Take messages.
e. Caring for students:
f. Attend to students in the sick bay;
g. Contact parents when required; and
h. Coordinating early dismissal of students.
i. Assist in admin duties:
j. Data entry;
k. Printing of worksheets;
l. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
m. Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
delivers or distributes items received; and
n. Any other duties as assigned by the school
Job Requirements:
• Full GCE’N’,’O’ or Nitec Certificate or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills;
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred;
• Excellent organisation skills.
