Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
They are hiring a Sales/Business Development Representative for Solar Sales with a background in solar or real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry. You will target residential and commercial customers, present solar solutions, and achieve sales targets. Strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for sales are essential. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of achievement, demonstrating qualities such as drive, goal orientation, and effective team leadership within the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
Requirements
• Previous solar sales or real estate sales experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus to communicate with non-English speaking prospects.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
