The Opportunity:
Our client, a prominent Japanese automotive manufacturer, is currently looking for a skilled and self-reliant Sales Support Specialist to become a valuable member of their dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in addressing customer requests and inquiries promptly, overseeing the efficient processing of orders, and ensuring timely scheduling of shipment and delivery arrangements.

- Basic up to $3,800 + VB + monthly transport allowance
- Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM
The Job:
- Collaborate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Handle the processing of customer sales orders.
- Arrange daily shipments in coordination with freight forwarders.
- Managing inventory.
- Manage cargo and logistics costs effectively.
The Talent:
- Min. A Level or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Familiar with shipping documentations/arrangements.
