Job Description
• Provide technical support & maintenance in packaging handling system such as FFS, FIBC, Fanuc robot and conveyors systems lines.
• Troubleshoot controls and electrical equipment; execute the necessary adjustments to bring equipment up to running status.
• Engage in the Loss Prevention System (LPS) to proactively prevent or mitigate losses by leveraging behaviour-based tools and time-tested management techniques.
• Coordinate third party vendors and assist to resolve technical issues.
• Complete detailed service report & attend meeting for the services/maintenances provided.
• Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and lead or participate any accidents/incidents investigation.
• Develop and maintain company controls standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Maintains spare parts, supplies and equipment required to support the operation and maintenance.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1~2 years of experience programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Human/Machine Interfaces (HMI) using Allen Bradley or Siemens software
• Knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation or similar field.
• Ability to read, understand, and create electrical and control schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug electrical and control circuits.
• Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems.
• Ability to manage workload effectively, to plan, organize, and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Dynamic team player with interpersonal skills.
• Organized team player, able to work independently
• Articulate in communication (English) and with good writing skills.
