Senior Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the quality of services offered and supporting the overall direction of Tsao Foundation.


You will take a proactive role to propose and implement necessary actions to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines,


In addition, you will influence and collaborate with relevant teams to develop, strengthen, implement and communicate improvements in internal processes, fosteringa culture of continuous improvement.


Key Requirements


1) Enterprise Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance projects to maintain a robust quality project management system
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Supplier Quality Management - collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Identify, assess and manage key enterprise risks in the organisation; working with internal stakeholders to monitor internal audit and risk mitigation plan


2) Compliance Management


  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards applicable to the organization's services to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements.
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Report compliance issues and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.


3) Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to non-clinical quality and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality metrics and compliance status.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and track progress.


4) Education and Training

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff understanding of quality processes and standards and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among healthcare teams.


5) Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders – management and fellow peers to promote quality and compliance initiatives.
  • Responsible for interfacing with regulators and external quality auditors.


Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant Quality Management experience with operations/service background, preferably in social service, community care or healthcare sector
  • Experience in enterprise risk management and contract management; and policies custodian and compliance matters
  • Experience in quality audit such as ISO9001, lean management; certifications in Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies with experience in leading or facilitating projects
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality audits.
  • Good written and oral communication skills. Comfortable communicating cross-functionally in formal and informal settings
  • Team player, proactive, self-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


Salary range is indicative and will commensurate with qualification and experience.
