Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned Technology exhibitions.
They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager run the team in the Singapore office. The ideal candidate will produce and deliver the marketing strategy promoting their events to delegates and exhibitors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning and key messages and product strategy together with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Event Director.
- Execute the marketing campaign(s) and manage the creative/design process for marketing material.
- Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention.
- Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
- Work together with the Content Lead, develop and align the content and marketing strategy with regular checkpoints throughout the campaign
- Collaborate with the Content Lead for the planning, delivery and execution of the event app.
- Review marketing plan, response rates, attendee demographics and industry.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics and forecasts.
- Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.
- Manage PR Strategy and all planning and execution of registration process for visitors
- Responsible for the delivery of all delegates, visitors and attendees revenue generation, plus development of attendee/delegate pricing strategies and reporting.
Your experience:
- Great writing skills
- A relevant degree within marketing, communications or similar
- An interest in technology
- Ability to produce creative and well thought out marketing plans.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing and marketing automation software)
- Experienced in devising and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Solid knowledge and experience utilising digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Able to work individually and in a team
