- Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax and ensure prompt resolution.
- Generate customer quotations and charges
- Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and authorities to ensure timely and satisfactory service completion.
- Organize and document service reports, uploading them to the SMS system.
- Prepare service request forms/SMS orders for vendors/subcontractors and shipping forms for customer deliveries.
- Handle air ticket reservations and bookings.
- Prepare materials/parts for subcontractors or technicians/engineers.
- Raise purchase requisitions for accessories, installation materials, or parts needed in projects/service jobs.
- Maintain orderly records, filing systems, and documentation for work schedules, repair receipts, service reports, quotations, and service requests.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for projects and service works for all personnel.
- Handle warranty claims for Furuno/Non-Furuno equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
