JOB SCOPE
1) Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation
2) Assist marketing strategies, handling of social media.
3) Attending to customer enquiries and assist in gown fitting.
4) Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages.
5) Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway
Shows.
6) Manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories, monitoring production of gowns.
7) Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records.
8) Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages.
9) Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules.
10) Coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects.
11) Prepare monthly, yearly sales report and presentation materials.
12) Coordinate with team of wedding planners
13) Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to
time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field and GCE ‘O’ level with credit in English
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. A team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
4. Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
5. Monthly standard day off will be 8 days.
