Our Client, is a Global renowned investment company is looking for a Program Manager to take charge of Legal Compliance and Regulatory system
As a seasoned IT leader to assume the pivotal role of Legal and Regulatory Systems Programme Manager. It requires impeccable project management skills, keen insights into legal and regulatory frameworks, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
As the an expert of their legal and regulatory systems landscape, you will orchestrate the timely, on-budget, and compliant execution of critical projects, ensuring harmony across the organization.
Role
- Define strategic objectives for legal and regulatory systems programs, aligning them with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of legal and regulatory system initiatives, from conception to successful post-implementation support.
- Foster seamless collaboration between business and technology teams, bridging the gap between legal requirements and technical feasibility.
- Proactively identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks associated with legal and regulatory systems initiatives.
- Establish and enforce robust governance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Possess a deep understanding of current legal and regulatory systems solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing implementation strategies.
- Articulate complex technical and legal concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity and conciseness, fostering informed decision-making.
- Champion effective change management principles, minimizing disruption during system upgrades and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine legal and regulatory systems operations, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent field.
Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years' experience as an IT Project Director, successfully managing medium to large complex projects.
- Experience leading and collaborating with third-party delivery teams.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and integrating custom solutions (package, SaaS, or enterprise) with existing systems.
- Strong partnership experience with internal/external legal counsel and compliance teams.
- Expertise in incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Proven ability to instill rigor and methodical practices within teams, fostering effective learning, design, build, and ownership of solutions.
- Hands-on experience in solution implementation: requirements definition, detailed functional & technical design, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with incremental change and production support processes.
- Ability to lead and provide clear direction to international teams, including overseeing third-party deliverables.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Adenza RegCloud system is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to adapt and transition seamlessly to diverse roles.
- Collaborative and effective with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
