Job Responsibility
- Assist Project Manager (PM) on planning to ensure that materials, manpower, machineries, Authorities approval and site conditions are ready before the work starts.
- Plan and Schedule work sequences for construction operation together with PM
- Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors, authorities and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Supervise work for the contract, perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions together with PM
- Preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Receive, review, update and issue latest revised drawing to project team.
- Prepare and monitor RFI for technical details.
- Attend daily toolbox meeting if necessary.
- Update Project managers about the progress, plans and challenges.
- Prepare all RA, MOS, SWP drawings for the client to review.
- Prepare supporting documents for progress claims.
- Any ad hoc duties as per assigned by consultants, client and management.
- Cover Duty when Project Manager is on leave.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess Minimum Engineering Diploma and/or Bachelor in Civil Engineer recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Experience and knowledge in 2D / 3D AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Working experience in LTA/PUB Waterpipe Line Project will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to support the project teams.
- Detail-oriented, well organized and able to work with minimum supervision
- Perform as a good team player
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and night shift if necessary.
