Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
Assist in cash flow management
Handle full set of accounts
Review AP entries
Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
Review AR aging and oversee to ensure that AR collections are up-to-date
Prepare timely monthly management reports
Prepare yearly forecast and budget
Handle commission computation for salesmen
Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
Review/ handle BG & LC applications
Handle government statistics returns
Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
To do any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
ACCA/ Degree in Accounting with relevant work experience
3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
Meticulous and Good Positive Attitude
Analytical skill
People Manager

Good communications skills
