Stakeholder Management
- Manage business stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders

Scope Management
- Manage all changes quality to maintain production stability
- Review and assess changes and impact
- Ensure all changes are approved stakeholders
Governance and Budget Management
- Prepare memo and manage approval of budget from CAPEX/OPEX committee
- Facilitate contract renewal with external vendor
- Budget and invoice tracking
Risk and Issue Management
- Anticipate, capture and manage overall support-level risks and issues
- Track risk of aging issues
- Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
Process Adherence
- Partner with stakeholders in ensuring SDM is followed
- Major incident weekly reporting
- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.
- 15 – 20 years of hands on application support experience in the banking industry
- Experience working with MUREX or other treasury applications
- Experience in Market Data, Balance Sheet Risk & VaR
- Understanding of the model assignments, Market data, Rate curves etc.
- Experience in working technical platforms or programming languages - Unix, Oracle, Sybase, C++, and Scripting, EOD batch and control M schedulers
Experience:
- Significant experience in managing large Programme in a banking environment
- Complete understanding of support life cycle and Technology development models
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
- Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
- Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
- SME/Business banking domain experience would be added advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
- PMP certified
