Job Description:
Leads teams responsible for standardization of metrics and monitoring performance, driving delivery process excellence, adoption of automation/tools and managing procurement activities
Requirements:
Metrics reporting:
- Define and standardize metrics and reporting for delivery teams and publish reports on a regular basis
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are monitored and shared to stakeholders with insights to drive actions
Delivery process excellence:
- Work with service line delivery teams to standardize delivery processes (SOP , templates )
- Monitor delivery quality through audits to ensure process adherence by delivery teams
- Lead process transformation, simplification and optimization
Automation/tools:
- Conduct automation assessment for accounts to Identify opportunities for automation and improve productivity
- Support delivery teams with automation expertise and promote deployment of automation/tools across entire delivery org
Procurement management:
- Oversee delivery related procurement process and optimize procurement spend
- Centralize procurement process and set up a vendor ecosystem to serve the needs of delivery teams (e.g., hardware, software, tools
