- Conduct interviews with potential employers and candidates
- Assess candidates' qualifications
- Perform job matching
- Perform administrative work and handle all necessary operational matters to facilitate the successful placement of the candidates
- Conduct follow up sessions with Employers and candidates
- Perform work-related ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Look for leads and ensure healthy sales target met
