JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with Supply Chain and Business Units on daily operation matters.

• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to purchase imported chemicals/equipment.

• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.

• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.

• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.

• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory.

• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement.

• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.

• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.

• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with company's ISO 14001/9001.

• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.

• SAP Planning experience is an added advantage.

• Production & material planning related experience.

• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality

• Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office, APEX, SAP

• Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
