Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations from various internal departments.
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items.
- Monitor orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Process all invoices, perform goods receipts in the BC system.
- Verify charges from local ports, external launches, and freight.
- Coordinate food provision and freshwater supply.
- Handle purchases related to internal launches.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
