PURPOSE AND SCOPE
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceive, evaluate, and recommend effective leads generation strategies with a good understanding of the business and customer base.
- Execute leads generation campaigns and drive the efficacy of such projects to ensure maximum outreach to targeted leads
- Evaluate incoming leads (through the websites or other means) and qualify/ score the viability of the interested leads if our product and solution will be a good fit.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Business Development team on the customer’s requirement and to optimize on the customer acquisition strategy for the respective leads.
- Ensure that the necessary marketing collaterals are in place and provide inputs and suggestions to the marketing team on how to better reach the customers.
- Communicate effectively with the prospective customers and provide preliminary proposals based on the guidance provided by the Business Development team.
- Register any incoming leads and the progress made on the discussion with the leads using the in-house CRM software to ensure that all leads are being tracked.
- Perform data analysis on the leads data and summarize the findings as inputs for the Business Development team to develop the sales strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in any specialisation
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as leads generation specialist. Experience in online and offline/physical leads generation campaigns will be very relevant
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well with the leads to understand their requirement.
- Good knowledge on the use of CRM to track leads generation and analyze the data
- Good understanding of the energy and renewables business will be an advantage.

- Self-initiator and self-directed in managing his/ her responsibilities and undertaking projects with good planning and organization.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous in handling an influx of leads and organized to ensure all leads are effectively tracked.
- Comfortable in reaching out cold to stakeholders, partners, and leads
