Responsibilities
- Assist in handling for the overall general office administrative duties;
- Support and responsible for the office supplies purchasing;
- Support HR department and functions;
- Assist in Social medica and Company branding matters;
- Exhibition booth design, preparation and participation;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent and preferably specialized in Business management/Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office and Graphic design
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Able to hands-on, multitask and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Takes initiative, fast learner and adaptable to dynamic situations
- Immediate availability preferred
