You will be a part of Keppel Sustainability Solutions (KSS) business development team that focuses on developing environmental adjacencies around:
- bioenergy and alternative waste treatments solutions includes all renewable energy sources, such as hydroelectricity, biomass, geothermal, wind, wave, tidal and solar energies
- sustainable fuel solutions include Bio-menthane, Bio-methanol, 2G Ethanol, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), etc with potential partners
- clean energy transition includes explore pathways for the successful early retirement of a coal-fired power plant in Southeast Asia through a feasibility study
You will be required to identify, define and develop potential business opportunities in the identified market and regions. To succeed in the role, it is essential for you to have good market and technical knowledge and able to develop technical and financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and explore business opportunities
- Build market position by identifying, defining, developing, and closing business relationships
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing technical requirements, designs, market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Evaluate technical options and optimize technical designs to enhance commercial economics
- Develop techno-economic models for the business opportunities
- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations and organization’s compliances
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Work closely / Interface with other Lines of Businesses (LoB) as required
- Managing relationship among stakeholders
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
