As a Nurse Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, driving operational excellence across all our clinics. Your role is pivotal in shaping policies, enhancing clinic profitability, and ensuring top-notch patient services.
Clinic Management
- Lead the department and oversee all aspects of clinic administration, including patient scheduling, billing, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Directly manage 2 of the clinics and provide indirect oversight for 4 additional clinic locations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinic operations, enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Manage clinic budgets and finances ensuring effective handling of billing, expenses, and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and clinic staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Track KPIs and provide regular updates to the board, including detailed reports on key metrics and outcomes
Inventory Management
- Take charge of inventory management across the company
- Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained in all clinics
- Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies efficiently
Project Management
- Lead clinic-related projects, from inception to completion
- Develop and manage project plans, including workflow, timelines, budget and resources
