The Role: Senior Consultant (Senior Account Director)

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking to hire a strategic, creative, strong and dynamic Senior Account Director with deep experience working with B2B clients in the Corporate and Technology space.
You will have proven experience working on Corporate Reputation, Thought Leadership and Technology campaigns across diverse APAC markets. Both a client and people manager, you will possess a blend of strong client management, consulting, content, and team management skills. Impeccable spoken and written English is a must for this role.
Clients see you as a reliable go-to consultant with a solid pulse on macro-economic issues and tech trends. You understand how to develop strategic communications plans and drive nuanced storytelling that takes into consideration the complex landscape and regulatory environments across the region.
Responsibilities
- A hands-on client leadership role providing day-to-day consultancy and client management to deliver our best work
- Responsible for managing and coaching account team members
- Craft strategic APAC campaign plans with earned media at the heart, augmented by owned, social, and paid media
- A skilled storyteller, able to identify strong narratives and compelling storylines to anchor numerous pan-regional campaigns spanning the client’s technology, executives, customers, and partners
- Able to leverage media knowledge, particularly of pan-regional and global outlets with correspondents in Asia, to guide our teams and enable local markets to secure high-impact stories
- Partner with our senior consultancy leaders to deliver client trainings and workshops
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of regional PR experience, with proven track record in client satisfaction and consulting leadership
- Deep experience in B2B technology or corporate PR
- Strong comms strategy and pan-regional PR and media experience
- Excellent spoken and written English; a great writer who is able to draft strategic plans and PR materials with ease
- Strong team management experience, with ability to lead hybrid teams across offices
- Proven experience at managing, coaching, and supporting team members with client work and career progression
- Enjoys working on a fast-paced, high-performing account
- Proven ability to deliver high quality client counsel, formulate and deliver strategic ideas and solutions to meet client objectives
