Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team
- Plan and execute health and fitness initiatives tailored for working adults in workplace settings.
- Conduct regular visits and audits of venues hosting the activities.
- Create engaging content for festive and thematic health-related events.
- Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the programmes.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports summarizing project outcomes for stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably hold a degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum three years of experience in event or programme management.
- Proficient in negotiation and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
