Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description: The candidate shall have experience managing complex ERP implementation projects and/or projects within the banking and finance sector; shall have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to communicate and manage CXO independently.
Expectation:
- Must have experience in managing medium to large scale implementation projects.
- Must be an experienced project manager. Experience in the banking and finance sector as well as SAP ERP is a strong plus.
- Must have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to engage and manage customer CXO independently
- Logical and structured thinking
- Motivated to learn new technology
- Cloud experience (e.g. AWS and/or Azure) is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- The primary scope is to manage day to day in Client facing /management with all AB clients; communicate daily with our MNC clients/ project leaders that project deliverables are met
- Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance to the team members
- You are to have hands-on and in-depth functional knowledge in your domain area.
- Ensuring that our clients’ systems post-implementation are properly in function and helping their businesses working well
- Work on pre-sales independently.
Requirements:
- Must have 4-6 years of experience as a project manager and presales experience with 8 years of working experience overall.
- Strong background in the banking and finance sector. SAP ERP experience is a plus.
- Motivated to learn new technology
- Knowledge in AWS and/or Azure is a plus
- Experience in developing interfaces with ther 3rd party systems
- Working in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
- Able to start in a short notice period

- It would be great if you have excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication; write clearly and concisely in prepare training materials
- Confident in communicating and presenting at a business level to MNC clients.
