· Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
· Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports on a regular basis.
· Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
· Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide insights for informed decision-making.
· Handle tax-related matters, including preparing GST tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
· Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes.
· Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
· Support financial planning and forecasting efforts to facilitate strategic business planning.
· Keep abreast of accounting principles, laws, and regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.Adminitration duties.

Requirements:
· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 2-3 years experience.
· Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance-related role.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting.
· Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
