Reporting to the front office, the Bell Captain is an ambassador of the hotel, providing the utmost warm customer service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the movement and security of guests luggage within the hotel premises
- Delivering all messages/mails/correspondences to the respective locations.
- Provide assistance to enquiries regarding hotel facilities and services
- Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of the luggage room.
- Manage luggage storage service in accordance to hotel's SOP
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality/tourism industry
- Able to communicate effectively in english to handle guest's enquiries
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role such as lifting and stacking of luggage
