Job Title: Retail Operations Executive


Reporting Line : Sales & Operations Manager


Role Overview:

The Retail Operations Executive is a dynamic role focused on optimizing retail department efficiency and will support the Sales & Operations Manager In preparing sales budget, ensuring operational excellence and smooth operational flow at all Porcelain Spas in Singapore. The incumbent should be a strong team player that can engage ground employees.


Key Objectives:

· Maximize sales and profitability of the retail spa business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

· Pulling out sales and customer satisfaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

· Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.


Responsibilities & Duties:


Meeting Preparation and Reporting:

· Prepare monthly meeting slides.

· Attend weekly managers meetings and manage minutes.

· Update and maintain Retail Operations Balance Scorecard.

· Generate annual, quarterly, and monthly performance to support reporting for retail operations.


In-Store Support and Management:

· Conduct monthly store audits.

· Provide in-store support through Mystery Shopper coordination.

· Implement checks and balances for Zenoti on an operational level.


Strategic Planning and Execution:

· Develop Gameplan templates, updating MoM actual performance.

· Generate campaign codes for Zenoti and Shopify in line with monthly campaigns


Vendor and Inventory Management:

· Coordinate vendor maintenance and liaise with external vendors.

· Forecast inventory needs for retail and consumable items.


Team Support and Logistics:

· Administer commissions calculation for the retail operations team.

· Facilitate new retail staff onboarding.

· Arrange logistics delivery from HQ to stores.


Administrative Functions:

· Create/update SOPs.

· Source items for in-store and obtain quotations.

· Apply for permission to work passes for mall access for maintenance m

· Manage package refund requests.


Job Requirements:

· Proven experiencee in retail operations or similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
