We are looking for driven and dynamic sales executives to drive revenue for our company in Singapore. The objective is to achieve business growth by expanding the current customer base.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- 1-2 years relevant working experience, entry-level candidates are also welcomed to apply
- Singaporeans preferred
- Able to travel for extended period
- Self-motivated and Team Player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin in order to speak with clients and counterparts from Chinese speaking countries
- PC Literate and able to work independently
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and keep up with changing demand of existing customers and markets for automotive air-conditioning system and compressors for local and overseas market
- Identifying and opening new emerging markets in the territory assigned
- Coordinate with all departments involved in compressors and AC development system, localization of parts, purchasing, production and shipping schedule
- Prepare Execution Plan, Mikomi and Mid-Term Plan for territory assigned
- Manage monthly sales and shipment forecast to meet customers’ needs
- Meet yearly sales and shipment forecast to meet customers’ needs
- Meet yearly sales and gross profit objective of market assigned
- Communicate with Sanden subsidiaries when necessary
- Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide basic technical support to customers where required
