1. To identify and develop new housing property opportunity for Local and APEC
2. Deeply join in daily or monthly leasing work.
3. Dealing with landlords and government entities to ensure property stable.
4. Dealing with different type of tenants for their smoothly daily lives.
5. Strategic thinking for company development.
6. Focus on the ROI and Long term development plan.
Job requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years in Residential and commercial housing rental market.
2. Has the goal to build own business and passive income, rather than just caring about basic salary.
3. Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
4. Good education background will add advantage.
