Key Responsibilities
- Support Hosting Service-Capacity team by pro-actively understanding responsibilities and managing tasks independently
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all related key stakeholders to ensure successfully delivery of projects
- Coordinate effectively with stake holders with regards to capture detail hardware configuration requirement, raising necessary paperwork related to purchasing and delivery of hardware like servers and storage devices
Key Qualifications
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with several competing priorities
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and trends to support capacity planning activities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
- Ability to balance multiple needs, requests and goals
- Project management experience or equivalent working with large scale implementations
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Good understanding on server hardware configuration
Desired Skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
- Experience in Change Management, Finance, Communications, datacenter
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
