Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations in the kitchen
- Prepare food in accordance to customer orders
- Maintain quality and presentation consistency of all food items
- Ensure that all food items are handled and stored in accordance with hotel standards and health regulations
Ideal requirements
- Qualifications/certifications in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage and/or relevant fields
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to commit shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant experience in kitchen
