Job Profile:
Duties include:
- To assist in daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Dept of the Group of Companies in Singapore.
- Preparation of online payments, monthly & quarterly MIS/Board reports & accounts.
- Liaising with external accounting vendor for review & finalization of monthly accounts.
- Liaising with Auditors during periods of Limited review & audit.
- Assist in preparing Revenue & Capital Budgets where necessary.
- Reviewing periodically debt collections with accounts & sales staff & their follow-up.
- To perform routine administration & secretarial-related work.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance graduate and ACCA (preferably Part 3 completed or in progress).
- Good & in-depth knowledge of accounts & accounting packages.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar job scope.
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge & usage of accounting systems.
- Young & dynamic personality with willingness & ability to learn on the job.
- Proficient in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
