Opus Precision Instruments Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quotation preparation, issuing of PO to supplier and invoicing to customer
  • Maintain proper filing system (invoices/documents) according to project
  • Follow up on quotation.
  • Provide administrative support to sales manger
  • Print & scan to the reports to customer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / Nitec / Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Administrative or related business discipline from a recognised institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Email knowledge
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
  • Able to start immediately will be a plus
  • We required longterm full/Part time staff.
  • Work place at Chai Chee Lane
