Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Core Responsibilities
- Record daily and monthly Sales Journal, Trade Debtors, Purchase Journal and Trade Creditors.
- Update of Debtor List to send out monthly Statement of Accounts
- Prepare payment for verified invoices.
- Update of Petty Cash claims for approval.
- Arrangement of courier of documents or cheque payments to suppliers.
- Daily and weekly checking and report foreign exchange rate.
- Scanning of documents and other assigned admin tasks
Requirements/ other info
- Minimum Diploma in Accounts or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Detailed, careful, dedicated and positive working attitude are essential
- High integrity in maintaining confidentiality of information
- Salary: SGD 1,800 to SGD 2,300 depending on experience & suitability
- Daily lunch catered and paid by company
- Company bus from Tapmines East MRT to company provided in the morning to work
- Office location in East (11 Loyang Walk, Loyang Industrial Park Singapore 508794), prefer candidates living in the East (Pasir Ris/ Loyang/ Changi)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
