The Sales Accounts Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of sales and basic accounting of the temple. This position assists in maintaining accurate transaction records, processing transactions, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and providing administrative support to the temple.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer service as well as administrative support to the daily operation of Temple/Columbarium.
- Collect payments and issue invoices.
- Data entry and update system record.
- Assist in festival/celebration of Temple-related matters.
- Perform simple settlement of daily transactions.
- Perform general daily clerical duties.
- Ad-hoc duties are assigned as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum O-level/ N-level/ SPM/ UEC or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Meticulous, well-organised and also a good team player.
- Strong ability to learn new skills/things.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
