Marketing Executive (B2B, Entry Level)

Roles & Responsibilities


Social Media

  • Build and manage the firm’s social media profiles and online presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels or networks
  • Create and manage a rich online social media content calendar that attracts a qualified audience.
  • Conceptualise and produce creative content for social media, employing various media (infographics, videos, etc.) and professional, persuasive copywriting techniques
  • Perform media monitoring of key channels and themes of interest, as it relates to the firm’s industry and scope of expertise.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Conceive and develop engaging and targeted Business-to-Business (B2B) content marketing strategies for the firm’s professional services, activities and branding initiatives.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate digital marketing campaigns with clearly-defined objectives, identification of target publics, messaging and creative media.
  • Email (Newsletters) – Manage various external and internal email campaigns, including template designs, call-to-action, and creative copy used in our campaign broadcasts.
  • Perform research-driven analysis on possible advertising opportunities – inclusive of print and digital media - as well as the media employed, identification of keywords for SEO purposes (for the web), etc.

Events Coordination

  • Coordinate the firm’s participation in external events, including tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences
  • Liaise and coordinate with event organisers, vendors and other stakeholders in fulfilling the firm’s requirements.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of collaterals and equipment for use at these events.

Administration, Maintenance & Brand Compliance

  • Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM systems/client database and report on new leads and opportunities, including monitoring and ensuring that all database records are up-to-date.
  • Furnish month summary reports on the firm’s social media/web activity and growth and propose areas of further development, where applicable/necessary.
  • As a member of the firm’s Brand Compliance team, to ensure the adherence to the approved application of branded elements in i.e., collaterals, proposal documents, and to advise on formatting requirements and execute changes, as applicable.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking and networking skills.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Social media savvy, with knowledge of branding, ideation and marketing processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with creative software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) or other online graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems.

Prior experience is not required as we are seeking for Entry-Level candidates to apply for this position.
