Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager and team in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities
- Assist the Manager and team in handling correspondence with tenants and all stakeholders in facilities management matters
- Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress
- Source for comparative vendors/sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works
- Supervise facility staff to ensure day-to-day facility operations are carry out smoothly; oversee outsourced vendors on preventive maintenance and any other ad-hoc repairs/ enhancements.
- Conduct safety tool box meetings and briefing to facility staff
- Ensure smooth day to day operation
- Service contract administration
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management/ Building Services or equivalent
- 1-2 years facility management experience preferably in industrial buildings
- Good proficiency in MS office and presentation skills
- Keen to learn and adaptable to changes
- Possess a positive attitude and the right aptitude
- Able to work beyond office hours when necessary
