Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of data strategy products for merchants and creators, to help them polish their business strategies to improve the performance of LIVE operation, content production, product planning, and marketing efficiency;
2. Generate thoughtful and well-organised function designs on both data and strategy sides, based on data science conclusions and successful cases. Leverage resources from DS and algorithm teams to make things happen;
3. Planning for the improvement of product on track,write product planning and requirement documents with clear logic and meticulous thinking;
4. Collaborate with product operation teams to jointly develop an operating methodology and jointly promote education among merchants and creators.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mathematics, statistics, communication, or else.
2. At least 7 years of product manager experience, relevant experience in data product or strategy product is preferred;
3. English proficiency is required and any second language ability is preferred
4. Have great interest in e-commerce and big data industries, have data analysis and mining skills and keen data insight;
5. Proficient in using Axure/Xmind and other design tools, familiar with product flow chart drawing, product requirement document (PRD) and technical function description document writing;
6. Proficient in SQL language, able to find problems and solve problems through data from the data platform;
7. Have certain project management experience, strong execution, and be able to efficiently promote product improvement and project launch;
8. Have excellent team cooperation ability and communication and coordination ability.
