Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person or over the phone, understand their business needs and apply product knowledge to meet their requirements.
- Ensure service quality by mastering technical specifications, documenting processes, and staying updated on so]ware and hardware changes.
- Proactively generate business leads through cold-calling, networking, and follow-up calls, contributing to new business development.
- Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of solutions to customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans using quality sales methodologies, advising on solution features for various contexts including accounting, manufacturing etc.
- Meet sales targets, contribute to team goals, and maintain relationships with existing customers by promoting additional products and upgrades.
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, and reports, managing workload to organise and prioriTse goals.
- Contribute valuable insights to team or progress meetings and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in relevant field
- IT-related Diploma or higher
- Meticulous, committed and sales-driven
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
