Customer Service Officer (East)
- Salary up to $2500/month
Job scope :
- Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to customer orders
- Respond to customers' queries and concerns with the aim of achieving excellent service standard
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
- Provide respondents' feedback to respective departments to improve customer experience
- Evaluating and processing Return requests from customers
- Perform after-call administration work such as job openings, generating customs document/parcel manifest, filing, and all related matters
- Liaise with the transporter to ensure B2C shipments are delivered promptly to the parcel sorting center for processing
- Prepare billing to B2C clients for submission before the cut-off date
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports as required by Management and B2C clients
- Suggest Standard Operating Procedures for new procedures or processes that help create efficiency for the team
Requirements :
- "O" Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
- Committed and able to work independently
- Friendly and Customer Service oriented
- Good communication skills
Working hours :
- Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
