A. Purpose


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Programme Manager in Promotion & Partnership to join our Government Services team, with a primary focus on executing the Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) Programme.


The key responsibilities of the Programme Manager in Promotion & Partnership include developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the programme. The individual will play a crucial role in driving participant acquisition through targeted outreach and engagements. Additionally, the Programme Manager will collaborate with companies to establish partnerships and support programme goals.


This role involves engaging with HR professionals, managers, and senior management, including general managers, to encourage participation in upcoming health information sessions within their organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead in developing and implementing impactful promotional strategies to ensure maximum participation, attendance, and satisfaction in our programme.



B. Key Responsibilities


Account and Relationship Management

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Health Promotion Board (HPB) organization to ensure the ongoing success of the current programme and explore additional engagement opportunities.

· Take ownership of Programme engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular assessments, and providing reports on the success of Programme implementation.

· Establish connections with other government agencies, beyond the current scope, to develop additional programmes and explore partnership opportunities.


Collaboration with Company Stakeholders:

· Engage with HR professionals, managers, senior management, and general managers of partner companies to spark interest in our Health Promotion Programme.

· Take charge of driving participant acquisitions through focused outreach and engagement efforts. The Programme Manager in Promotion & Partnership will work collaboratively with companies to cultivate partnerships and support the achievement of programme goals.


Promotion Strategy Development:

· Formulate comprehensive promotion strategies aimed at increasing awareness and interest in the health information sessions among Companies.

· Utilize various communication channels such as email, social media, newsletters, and company intranets to maximize the visibility and adoption of the programme.


Content Promotion:

· Actively disseminate engaging promotional content, including press releases, posters, videos, and social media posts, to effectively convey the benefits and objectives of the health information sessions.

· Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure that messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with the goals of the programme.


Event Coordination Support:

· Assist in the planning and coordination of health information sessions by working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and impactful event.

· Implement strategies to boost attendance, encourage active participation during the sessions, and enhance overall attendee satisfaction.



C. Job Profile


· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience in Public Relations, Promotion, or Marketing roles, with a focus on employee engagement programmes.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

· Result oriented, displaying drive, and motivation to achieve Programme Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ability to identify immediate action plans when performance deviates from plan and execute corrective measures.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotional content.

· Event planning and coordination experience is a plus.

· Experience with health and wellness initiatives and Singapore Government Agencies is advantageous.

· Fluent in English (oral and written)
