Responsibilities:
· Execute production assembly and test by following manufacturing process work instructions.
· Filling up production check list and all ISO documents for production
· Prepare, install, program programmable components.
· Perform configurations, recordkeeping, and quality check efforts.
· Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements for robots.
· Perform housekeeping as per 5S program and area cleaning on regular intervals.
· Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
· Handle periodic physical count for in direct materials.
· Work closely with departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
· Liaise with the Supply Chain department in receiving items.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirments:
· Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in mechatronic/ mechanical or electrical background preferred.
· Experience in equipment assembly and test preferred
· Able to comply to safety procedures.
· Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy stuff that is at least 20 kg and above.
· Able to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and photo taking.
· Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
· Comfortable in hands on assembly and troubleshooting work.
· Able to follow assembly sequences and instructions closely.
· Willing to work overtime when required.
