A) DIRECTS AND COORDINATES SHIPYARD OPERATIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURE;
B) RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL FOR THE PROJECT;
C) ENSURES ACCURATE, COMPLETE RECORD ARE MAINTAINED IN ALL DEPARTMENTS;
D) PREPARES THE PHYSICAL SCOPE OF THE PIPING EFFORT FOR THE PROJECT;
E) PREPARES A LABOR HOUR ESTIMATE FOR THE PIPING EFFORT;
F) PREPARES A MATERIAL COST ESTIMATE FOR ALL PIPING ITEMS TO PERFORM PROJECT COSTING RELATED REPORTING TO THE MANAGEMENTS TO REVIEW MONTHLY TO ENSURE THAT EXPENDITURES ARE KEPT WITHIN THE PROJECT BUDGET;
G) RESPONSIBLE IN CONTROLLING AND MONITORING THE PROJECT TOTAL EXPENDITURE INCLUDING VERIFYING AND CHECKING OF INVOICES AND CLAIMS TO ENSURE THAT ALL PROJECT EXPENDITURES ARE CAPTURED AND PROPERLY RECORDED;
H) PREPARES AND PROVIDES PLANNING AND COST CONTROLLING SUPPORT FOR ALL PROJECTS WHICH INCLUDES VARIATION REPORTING, MONITORING OF PROGRESS TO THE PREPARATION OF CUSTOMER BILLING PROCESSES;
I) PREPARES AND PROVIDES COST CONTROL AND PLANNING ADVICE TO THE INTERNAL PROJECT TEAM AND COORDINATES WITH THE PRODUCTION TEAM TO RESOLVE ANY ARISING PROJECT ISSUES;
J) CLOSELY MONITORS THE STATUS OF ALL PURCHASES, INVOICING AND DELIVERY UP TO THE CLOSURE OF THE PROJECT;
K) MANAGES PROJECT COMPLETION AND CLOSEOUT WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF INDUSTRY'S BEST ENGINEERING PRACTICES AT ALL TIMES;
L) OTHER DUTIES TO BE ASSIGNED.
