The Company
Our client is a large logistics company with a history of more than 100 years. They are currently looking to hire a HRIS Manager to take on the project implementation scope.
The Role
You will be responsible for system implementation as well as maintenance of system. You will be leading and managing the HRIS, involved in UAT, system enhancement, be the bridge between HR team and IT administrators, evaluating risks and efficiency of system, partnering with stakeholders to improve on processes, reviewing the systems to ensure compliance, working with system vendors to resolve issues, as well as looking after other day to day HR matters.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should bring along with you at minimum of 5-7 years of HR system experience. Prior knowledge in SAP/workday would be required. You are tech savvy, analytical and are a quick thinker, should be equipped and well versed with HR processes, and bring along with you good communications skills.
