Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development, execution, and supervision of controls, policies, procedures, and processes within IDT to enhance and safeguard IT assets.
• Supervise the deployment, assimilation, and modernization of the complete group infrastructure, encompassing cloud, network, end-user computing, collaboration, and security.
• Collaborate with business units, IDT leadership, and vendors to furnish a highly dependable, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and technical proficiency in the assessment, choice, implementation, and upkeep of technologies.
• Ensure the currency of technologies through the timely application of patches and updates.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and vendors to ensure comprehensive project definition and delivery.
• Engage with senior leadership to delineate and actualize the digital roadmap.
• Act as a catalyst for change in the digital roadmap, striving to optimize its positive impact on the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in IT infrastructure, encompassing network administration, cloud management, security management, and end-user computing.
• Demonstrated practical expertise with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud engineering and migrations.
• Extensive background in technology, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing multi-network infrastructure.
• Proficient in security technologies, including Sentinel, Intune, and DLP.
• Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as Azure IAM Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, and CCNA, would be a plus.
• Managerial experience of at least 5 years, overseeing team members, senior management, and engaging with business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
