To fetch workers from dormitory to work sites in the morning daily
• To fetch workers from work sites to dormitory at the end of the day.
• Deliver documents/materials/equipment to site
• Maintaining accurate log and vehicle record
• Perform regular maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning interior and exterior
• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
• Able to work flexible hours
• Self-disciplined, responsible, punctual, reliable.
• Possess Class 3 Driving license with good track record
• Must be familiar with Singapore roads
• Willing to work OT.
Assisting with pick up & drop off workers on a daily basis
-Perform transportation duties as instructed by the supervisor and carry out duties
-Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to various destinations
-Responsible for daily inspection of lorry
-Maintaining the general cleanliness of the vehicle
-To assist the Manager in coordinating the daily operational duties
-Obey Rules & Regulation in the dormitory/work site
-Ensure health and safety in the dormitory and sites
-Ensure dormitory and site conditions and lodging records are according to MOM requirement
-To coordinate staff deployment when necessary
-To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly
-Ensure that equipment are in good working conditions
- To help in simple work such as cleaning
-Able to work independently with attitude
-Have a good communication & interpersonal skills
-Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps
-Safe driving manner at all times and adhering to the traffic Rules & Regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act
-Positive work attitude and work well in a team
-Willing to work long hours, night work, overtime and Sunday/PH work if required
