- Your responsibilities will include working closely with senior management to review company-wide people practices, formulating strategies across various areas such as talent acquisition/development, organizational development/culture, and performance management.
- Additionally, you will design innovative people systems, programs, and practices to support the strategic growth of the company, while also reviewing and improving existing policies and processes. Engaging with business leaders, you will identify critical issues and implement customized solutions hands-on, conduct people analytics to inform decision-making, and stay updated on industry benchmarks and best practices in people strategy, operations, and organizational development.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities, with a min of 4 years of experience in a regional HR generalist role, including previous exposure to HR consulting or HR strategy planning. Your expertise in designing methodologies and frameworks to analyze people problems, coupled with proven capabilities in strategic and critical thinking, analysis, communication, and stakeholder management, will be essential. Experience in handling complex and scalable HR projects is a prerequisite, and your self-starting, resourceful, flexible, and independent approach will be invaluable in thriving within our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
