Operation Assistant Job Description
· Liaise with client/agent to obtain delivery information upon receipt of sales order
· Communicate and coordinate with warehouse, logistic partner and client/agent to ensure smooth and timely delivery
· Prepare documents for delivery
· Arrange transportation with logistic partner
· Follow up on delivery note after completion
· Other ad hoc duties assigned by Operation Manager
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: GCE O Level and above
Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Experience in marine logistics industry would be an advantage.
Competency:
· Working knowledge and experience with MS office
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure
