- Liaise with clients/carriers/transporters/hauliers to execute import and export shipments (Sea/Air).
- Ensure execution of client requests/requirements and respond to their service issues/enquiries.
- Declaration of PM4 or Dangerous goods application and follow up with carrier for approval.
- Works closely with the Sales/Marketing Dept. and assist to quote on their behalf during their absence.
- Generate booking confirmations, Bill of Ladings and invoices to clients
- Document filing. Declaration of import/export permits.
- Follow up with overseas agents/carriers on shipment status.
- Sending pre-alert notice and advice to agent abroad for every shipment.
- Handling local shipper or agent abroad for any enquiries or complaint for any delay or discrepancies on document through telephone or e-mail.
- Preparing Shipping Certificates, Certificate of Origin and Fumigation Certificate.
- Checking the Portnet everyday and updating berthing and unberthing time for every shipment.
- Updates on exchange rates and SOB.
** Min 1 year experience.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
