Mosaic is expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing executive who is familiar and/or passionate about education for individuals across all ages, and possess a natural talent for storytelling.
This role is integral to driving Mosaic’s market expansion and elevating the company’s brand image. The ideal candidate must be proactive, forward-thinking and have relevant corporate experience in business development, sales and marketing within the education domain.
Reporting directly to the director of Mosaic Global, the key responsibilities include:
1. Support business development and sales initiatives
2. Assist in identifying and capturing new marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships
3. Conduct thorough marketing analysis, tracking trends and sales data to shape informed marketing and sales strategies
4. Assist in the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that resonate with Mosaic’s core brand ethos and aesthetic
5. Work collaboratively with the design, production and team to ensure a consistent and unified brand narrative.
6. Manage and enhance Mosaic’s online presence.
7. Coordinate marketing campaigns that features the programmes and services under the Mosaic brand.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably within the education sector.
2. Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies
3. Good storytelling, communication and presentation skills
4. Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
