Admin Support Executive

Oom Pte. Ltd.

Job Purpose:

The Admin Support Executive is responsible for coordinating, processing, and administering training grants and subsidies to support the development and upskilling of adult leaders. They ensure compliance with grant guidelines and provide administrative support in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Grant Management:

· Identify and understand various government grants and subsidies available for upskilling of adult learners (Skillsfuture).

· Manage the application and submission process for training grants.

· Ensure compliance with grant requirements and guidelines.

· Keep updated with changes in grant policies and regulations.


2. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of grant applications, approvals, and disbursements.

· Prepare and submit grant-related reports to relevant authorities.

· Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time.


3. Communication and Liaison:

· Act as a liaison between the organization and grant-awarding agencies.

· Communicate grant requirements and eligibility criteria to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

· Respond to inquiries related to grants and subsidies.


4. Process Management:

· Develop and implement efficient processes for grant administration.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with grant guidelines.

· Monitor the progress of training initiatives supported by grants.


5. Admin and Operations:

· Provide administrative support within the Training Centre

· Supports and contributes to the company's continuous improvement and training program


Job Requirements

· Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline

· Must possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all numerical data

· Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in documents being submitted

· Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain detailed records.

· Excellent problem-solving skills to address numerical errors and anomalies.

· Good analytical, planning and organizational skills and ability to work independently.

· Candidates with experience in accounting/finance will have an added advantage.

· Computer literacy e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Docs, Sheet.
